Peer Review Process

  • Researches, studies and articles are uploaded to the magazine's website and received by the editorial board (editor-in-chief, Editorial Manager, Executive Manager, and deputy editor); To be examined and distributed to the technical editor to review the rules of publication in the submitted works, and this is done within a week.
  • The process of classifying the submitted works is carried out according to the specializations of the magazine announced on the website of the Knowledge Bank (EKB), and the editorial board determines the arbitrators through consultation with the advisory body for each specialization.
  • The arbitration is composed of two professors who have been appointed to the rank of professor for five years, and it is required that one of the arbitrators be from outside the university to which the journal belongs, and the other from within the university, if any.
  • The deadline for arbitration of research is given fifteen days. In the event that one of the arbitrators rejects the research with the acceptance of the other, it is sent to a third arbitrator after presenting the matter to the researcher to approve the action or withdraw the search file.
  • The arbitrators' comments are sent to the researcher to make the required amendments - if any - within fifteen days.
  • After making the amendments resulting from the referees' notes by the researcher, the article is uploaded again on the site.
  • The article is sent to the arbitrators if they so require to approve the search after the required amendments.
  • Articles are sent to the language editor for proofreading.
  • The researcher is informed of the scientific acceptance of his research.
  • After completing the previous procedures, the research is sent to the technical editor; To be uploaded to the site and included in the published research.
