This critical study directly discusses the political poetic discourse in the first decade of the 21th century. Hence، it makes use of the effective dramatic devices that add more to the vitality of the poetic text showing how the contemporary political poet controls his creative devices and is influenced by the political issues of his nation. It also shows how the poet shares the same Arab sufferings besides his rejection of all forms of corruption and occupation. It also shows how he urges and motivates Arab people to defend their dignities، territories، and identities، and to brutally fight colonizers. The study shows how the political poet combines idea، technical devices، image and rhythm with the dramatic structure of the poetic action so that the poetic structure with its narration، dialogue، conflict، and setting turns into part and parcel of the poetic incident .
