Abstract

The current research aims to identify the relationship between the biomedical Symptoms of epilepsy and methods and means of prevention from the perspective of a sample of epilepsy patients who attended Kasr Al-Ainy Hospital in Cairo and Beni Suef University Hospital. To achieve the goal of the study, the descriptive approach was followed - due to the scarcity of studies, and the need to describe the phenomenon as it is in its reality - through a social survey by means of a questionnaire by applying it to a deliberate sample of young people between 12-24 years old (250 individuals). To the most important biological and medical Symptoms of epilepsy, as the biological and medical symptoms of epilepsy go back to the history of the injury, the length of the disease period, the visible condition of others, and the number of seizures in daily life. The results showed that the medical and biological symptoms of epilepsy often begin in early childhood or in late adulthood and are known as "idiopathic seizures".
The results showed first that it must be necessary to control the epileptic seizures, without random interventions from others. Secondly, this is followed by avoiding the negative (visible) interactions of the body with the negative (hidden) interactions of people, and thirdly entering into discussions with others about the disease. The study concludes that the visual biomedical symptoms of epilepsy and methods and means of prevention are still governed by social contexts, which require more efforts.
