Analysis of the literary text of Jalal al-Din al-Suyuti (Bant Souad's poem as a model)

This research paper investigates the book “Kunah almurad fi bayan bant Souad” and it aims to define Jalal Al-Din Al-Suyuti’s approach in analyzing the literary text and following the steps that he dealt with the text through it, in addition to distinguishing some of the phenomena affecting the aspects of this analysis is shedding light on the noteworthy features in this book.
In fact, the importance of such studies lies in communicating with the heritage efforts in the field of literary criticism, as they - although they have their heritage specificity - contribute to the development of modern literary criticism in general and establish Arabic modern literacy criticism which helps in electing the semantic dimensions and stylistic characteristics in the texts of Arabic literacy texts.
This connection with the ancient critical heritage has in turn another significance. Since the ancient critic is closer to the text and more convergent with its language and its significance, if we add to that the issuance of this criticism by a scholar who delved into the sciences of his time, such as Al-Suyuti, we would be able to realize the importance of reading this criticism and benefiting from it at all levels.
This research has been divided into a brief introduction and three axes. As for the entry, we present a brief definition of Al-Suyuti and its relationship to literature. Then a general overview of the book "But what is meant by Bayan Banat Souad" The three topics are:
1- The steps followed by Al-Suyuti analyzing the text.
2 – The effective Phenomenon in the aspects of the analysis.
3- The significant critical features of Al-Suyuti.
