The purpose of this work is to make a theorical approach to some pragmalinguistic features, which will be accompanied by the analysis of a corpus that is the Christmas Message from his Majesty King Felipe VI, delivered at the palacio de La Zarzuela, December 24 of 2021, in which the grammatical marks of personal deixis will be studied in an interdicted reality su as death. To answer the question of what needs and in which circunstances the plural form of the first person We is used. First, we present a general definition of political discourse and the properties of the language used by politicians. Then, we address the strong use of the form We in the political speech of King Felipe VI, related to coronavirus. Finally, we offer the final results of this analysis.
