The research aims to introduce the science of Text Linguistics, and its most prominent terms (casting, weaving, and referral), and reviewing its incoming statements in dealing with the Arabic language and its unique nature. Text Linguistics has many achievements in terms of combining language - as is the case with structuralism - and the text in its broad sense that connects it to the production parties, meaning that they do not confine their effort to language, or the text alone, but rather to language dissolved in the text, the thing that allowed them to present a foundational theoretical effort (for the linguistics of the text). The research unfolds that the negativity revealed by the applied procedures of the science of Text Linguistics is due - in essence - to the fact that most of the foundations of this science are derived from the English language. There is no doubt that each language has its own peculiarities that differ from those of other languages, which was somehow neglected by some of those who translated the science Text Linguistics as they forgot that when (Halliday and Ruqia Hassan) presented their theories for this science, they were studying English in 1979. This is what we will follow when we study the procedures of (cohesion and coherence) as well as the internal and external reference in theory and application.
