This study discusses a very thorny issue about the widespread and rapid spread of digital media that has invaded the entire world and its relationship with traditional media that has prevailed for long periods of time and still exists until now. The study also discusses a very important matter, which is whether traditional media will disappear and become a non-existent past. Or will this traditional media continue the march without stopping and perform its assigned role as usual? The researcher in this study is exposed to a practical aspect through his experience as editor-in-chief of Al-Wafd newspaper and its website over a period of 13 years, distributed between the executive editor-in-chief and the editor-in-chief of the Al-Wafd website, which occupies a place It is ahead in the global ALESCA ranking and among the paper newspaper that represents the traditional media.
