This research paper's vision revolves around a model to understand and employ the roles of digital platforms, especially in their prominent entertainment content and social interactions in a time of liquidity that has dominated technological use, ideological employment, and profit goals at the expense of users and their own cultures.
The writer proposed about twenty solutions that could represent a desired transformation in Arab society. Through this, it is possible to make influential contributions that embody our cultural identity, the most prominent of which are: producing and creating content, providing alternatives to the rigid taboos in the world of entertainment, rehabilitating the concept of culture while improving public and private taste, moving from the demagogic collective individual to the rational national critical mind, prioritizing digital content, and increasing awareness of the cultural specificity of our language, arabic nationalism and optimal employment of capital. The paper also proposes building an intermediate institution between government ownership and private ownership that addresses the problems of communicative content and establishes a dialogue across platforms between the Arab self and the other, especially the Western one.
