The Effect of Press Photo on News Sites Upon the Cognitive Processes of News Content
A Semi-Experimental Study on the Events of the Beirut Explosion 2020
Through the study of a quasi-experimental study groups to identify the effect of the press photo on the rates of understanding and cognition (cognitive effects) among the respondents, a study study was conducted divided into groups, the first group (control) and the second group (high cognitive), which expose to a photo with a low effect, which has a low number of symbles and cognitive semantics and the differences between the three groups in the cognitive image.
