Abstract

Social media has become an essential part of human life, starting with sharing information such as texts, pictures, and messages, as many began sharing the latest news and pictures related to them. In the face of the massive flow of data over the Internet, and the reliance of social media on artificial intelligence techniques, the privacy of social media users has become subjected to privacy policies capable of protecting user data against any violation.
The role of these policies also lies in providing the user with a sense of security about the data that he has shared and allowed social media applications to access. The user's privacy is a challenging issue despite imposing privacy policies on all aspects of social media. Hence, access to information must be provided in a way that protects privacy in a highly scrutinized manner.
