Abstract

Streaming platforms such as Netflix in our era are a modern viewing mode where the viewer has become unrestricted. These platforms allow viewing everything that supports the Internet through mobile phones and television screens as well as computers. Moreover, according to the appropriate time determined by the viewer using the platform, he can watch all new or old material according to his taste and preferences, so there has become a great cultural diversity. In the contents presented, this cultural diversity is a double-edged weapon, especially when there is a goal and the implementation of an agenda to serve the interests of a certain group at the expense of falsifying facts and history, and even obliterating civilizations, deliberately distorting the civilization of a country as important as Egypt. This has been done through harming the ancient Egyptian civilization and trying to attach Africans to it. This is what Netflix did by showing the "Queen Cleopatra" series..
