The purpose of this study is to analyze the opinions of Kuwaiti youth regarding the efficiency of the government housing program in the state of Kuwait. A quantitative, descriptive, analysis was used as methodology of this study. A survey questionnaire was developed and distributed online to five hundred and sixty-seven (567) young male and female students who participated in this expletory study, who were studying in the higher education in Kuwait. The result in this study shows clear dissatisfaction with most of the respondents toward most of the important housing issues and proposals in which their views were taken.
