This is the mission that the press performs in different societies, which makes it a pillar of national security. It plays a crucial and influential role in achieving it through its various elements by raising awareness about it and the most important political issues until national security is achieved. Especially since the press (traditional and digital) is the most influential and mobilizing of public opinion, both domestically and internationally, due to its effective impact on national security through the political issues it addresses.
